Case Studies

SRE Audit and Framework for a UK Bank

Conducted Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) maturity assessment for a UK based global bank and built their roadmap. Led by the client’s Group Service Management, the initiative focused on building a command centre of the future , underpinned by technology operating model, service resilience, technology risk and operational excellence.
The SRE framework formed the foundation for the Bank's Command Centre which was built over a period of 3 months. The focus on automating tasks, monitoring systems, and proactive response provided a highly efficient, intelligent environment for monitoring, managing, and scaling core services.

Building a Emissions Reporting Platform

Spearheaded the development and implementation of a TCFD (Taskforce for Climate related Financial Disclosure)-compliant technology emissions reporting platform for a global bank, based in the UK. The platform automated data collection and reporting processes across global technology functions, leading to a 40% reduction in reporting effort and a 60% increase in accuracy compared to the previous year for the bank.

Executing ESG Mandate for a Dutch Bank

Executed the ESG (Environment Social Governance) mandate for a Dutch bank, to enable organisation wide travel reduction policies to lower the carbon footprint which required system and behavioral changes. The campaign was executed in partnership with HR and Employee mobility functions which led to 30% reduction in travel related emissions within 10 months.

Technology Service Resilience for a Retail Bank

A major European bank had been facing stability issues with its core retail banking services, severely impacting its customer base and posing a critical business risk.
Resolving these required a strategy to overhaul the end-to-end service stack, including technology expertise (lon-prem infra and cloud tech), service operations, and underpinning operating models.

Closely working with the CIO, Parikshit ( FS leader for Stellus) led a SWAT team responsible for diagnosing and fixing critical service delivery issues and also built a strategy to transform technology delivery. The team collaborated with the client's delivery partners and leveraged technologies like ServiceNow with Predictive Intelligence (AI) to build 'Service Aware' operations. In addition, their technology operating model (On-Shore/Offshore) was optimised for better governance and resilience.
This resulted in achieving 95% availability across all critical services within 6 months
